We are seeking a dedicated and professional Equestrian Groom to join our established and supportive team at a prestigious independent school. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking and quick-thinking individual who takes pride in maintaining exceptionally high standards, with horse welfare at the heart of everything they do.

Our thriving equestrian centre is home to 28 school horses, which are used to deliver high-quality riding lessons, alongside facilities for up to 30 livery horses owned by our students. We provide full livery packages, where our grooms are responsible for the complete care and management of the horses, as well as supporting those on DIY livery arrangements.

Working within a team of 10 experienced groom staff (with 5 on each shift), the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the yard. We offer a competitive shift pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off, excellent riding opportunities, all meals included, and access to BHS training, making this an ideal role for someone looking to further their career in a professional and well-resourced environment.

Candidates will preferably hold BHS qualifications, however these can be achieved in the role and will be fully funded. Must have experience of handling horses and the ability to assist with riding activities, lead rein lessons and helping out with events.
