We are seeking a dependable, experienced couple or two-person household for a long-term caretaker position at a private horse property in Arizona. Out-of-state applicants are welcome.

A fully furnished private one-bedroom casita is provided in exchange for approximately 4 hours per day of horse care and basic property responsibilities.

For candidates interested in additional hours, paid part-time work is also available for property maintenance, ranch projects, cleaning, errands, and other responsibilities.

Requirements

Hands-on horse handling and care experience required

Drug-free and non-smoking

Reliable, trustworthy, punctual, and communicative

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Comfortable following established horse-care routines independently

Physically capable of ranch chores and working outdoors in Arizona weather

Handyman/property maintenance experience is a plus
