We are seeking a dedicated Horseback Program Manager to manage our team of horseback guides, take guest reservations, manage the guide team schedule and horse assignments, and uphold our commitment to exceptional guest experiences, safety, and a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

You will report directly to the Owner, and manage the Equine Specialist and a team of Horseback Guides (team of 2-5 individuals, depending on the season), to uphold the values of Knob Hill Ranch and support the greater mission of bespoke hospitality, environmentalism, and educational horsemanship.

The ideal candidate is a skilled horse professional with a passion for hospitality, expert horsemanship, strong leadership abilities, who is collaborative, with excellent communication skills. You have experience managing a horse program, supervising staff, and ensuring a safe, enjoyable experience for both horses and guests. You are comfortable dealing with all manner of guest interaction, including in-person guiding and greeting, phone calls, texts, emails, and reservation software.
