Denver Equestrians Horseback Riding School is looking for a full-time Office Manager!

Requirements:

Previous experience with HORSES is a must. Knowledge of specialty school operations is a huge PLUS! Event management, retail and sales experience, Excel, Word, Scheduling Software, Quickbooks, Social Media and tech support also very helpful.

Ability to work independently. High level of efficiency and accuracy in completing office tasks. Technological proficiency and ability to work with financial reports.

Job Description / Duties:

Manage the office and organize on an ongoing basis. Sales duties such as explaining lesson programs accurately and recommending the best riding options for client goals. Friendly, patient client satisfaction and care. Facilitate tours to potential new clients. Accurately obtain and maintain client paperwork. Input data into scheduling system, spreadsheets, rosters, etc. Provide staff and clients with desired documents. Manage staff schedules and payroll. Oversee Special Events. Retail and inventory management. Receptionist duties such as answering phones and emails, documenting and returning voice mail, checking clients in, scheduling lessons, proofing and understanding the schedule. Help with client concerns. Create and complete daily checklist of office duties. Oversee and maintain cleanliness of office area, bathrooms, upstairs viewing area, client lounge, and staff lounge. Complete other duties and projects as requested.

Availability: Weekdays, evenings, weekends and some holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
