Groom Position or Paid Working Student / Mentorship Position Train Alongside an Olympian in a High-Performance Dressage Program Winters in Wilton, CT Summers in Wellington,FL
Looking for more than just a job? We’re looking for someone hungry to learn, eager to take on responsibility, and ready to become a trusted right-hand within the program. The long-term goal is for the right applicant to become someone the trainer and manager can rely on to confidently oversee the day-to-day operation of the barn when they’re away. Whether your goals are grooming, horsemanship, management, riding, or continuing your education in the sport, this position can be tailored to the right applicant.
FEI or high-level experience is not required. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude who is coachable, receptive to feedback, respectful of leadership, and excited to learn.
For the right person, this is much more than a grooming position , it’s an opportunity to build a career, receive mentorship, take on increasing responsibility, and become an integral part of a successful dressage program. If you have your own horse, there may also be the opportunity to bring them with you, continue pursuing your own riding goals, and learn within a professional, competitive environment. This can also be a full time paid groom position if you do not have your own horse and are more interested in grooming/horsemanship skills at home or competitions.
