Soul Passion Farm, owned by 2023 and 2024 National Champion Rebecca Lord, is a private dressage facility set on 12 beautiful acres just 10 minutes from the World Equestrian Center in Ocala, FL.

Private dressage barn now hiring an entry level Groom. This is a unique opportunity for the right person to become part of a fun, close-knit team, working towards the owner’s vision of excellence for her farm and 7 performance horses. Summers in Cochranville, PA (June 1st to Mid-November).

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience caring for horses. Candidate must be a team player, teachable, punctual, have their own transportation, and be a US citizen, or hold a valid work Visa. All aspects of working with high end show horses are required, including special treatments. In addition, team members are expected to perform tasks including but not limited to turnout, feeding, tack cleaning, barn laundry, packing and unpacking for shows, stall cleaning, picking fields, scrubbing water buckets stacking bales of hay and anything else needed.

Generous salary. The schedule is 8 hours per day, 6 days per week with 1 hour for lunch. Weekends and evenings required. Training provided. This is not a riding position, and we cannot accommodate boarding of employee’s horses.
