Full Moon Farm is an established active lesson barn focusing on eventing with 50+ horses in Finksburg, Maryland.

Requirements
Must-Haves:
- 20+ years of age
- Live within 45 minutes of Finksburg, MD, or willing to relocate (discounted on-site housing available!!)
- 1+ year of horse experience (preferably more, but we all have to start somewhere!)
- Able to work 40 hours/week (5 days/week)
- Willing & able to perform general barn duties
- Looking to take on additional duties that fit your goals and our needs
- Ready to work additional/ad-hoc tasks in preparation for shows, summer camps, and other events
Bonus points if you…
- Want to live on-site
- Have teaching/coaching experience and leadership skills
- Have horse training/sales experience

Compensation:
- Dependent on individual experience. Base of $20-$25/hour, with increased rates for teaching time.

Full Moon Farm is a family-owned and operated equine facility, located in beautiful Carroll County, Maryland on 80+ acres, just a short drive from Baltimore and Washington, DC. Home to 50+ horses, we are an established active lesson barn focusing on eventing. We are also home to FMF Equestrian, a training facility owned and operated by 5* eventer Woodge Fulton and a Grand Prix dressage rider David Ziegler.
We have an indoor arena (60′ x 240′) and two outdoor arenas (80′ x 160′ and 240′ x 400′). We also have two cross country courses– an enclosed Pre-Starter course and a larger course over 30+ acres of rolling terrain, featuring a water complex, bank complex, ditches, trakheners, and obstacles from Starter through Prelim level.
