Summers in MA, winters in FL (Bolton, MA/Ocala, FL). Large H/J show barn based in Bolton, MA and seasonally in WEC/Ocala, FL (focused on sales, importing, and a small group of show clients) looking for a road manager to join us year round at the shows and at home. We show fall/winter at WEC and primarily around the northeast in the spring and summer, about 1-2 weeks/month. Responsibilities at the show include helping prep horses for the show ring, setting up/breaking down, bringing horses to ring, tacking up, clipping, feeding, unbraiding, riding and general care and management of the horses while at the show. Trailering experience required. Showing a possibility depending on experience. Responsibilities at home include feeding, turnout/in treatments, tack ups, and riding. Teaching option, but not required. Great team, amazing horses, nice clients. Opportunities to grow your career in a variety of directions. Housing available in both locations.
