We are looking to hire seasonal help on a beautiful private island off the coast of Cape Cod. We focus on lessons and trail riding. Start and end dates are flexible. What we are looking for;

• College students, recent grads, or young equestrian professionals
• Confident riders with a solid English riding foundation
• Positive, energetic, team-oriented, and ready for long, rewarding days
• Barn work experience
• Ability to safely teach or assist riders of varying levels
• Strong communication skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
• Good judgment, reliability, and attention to safety
• Comfortable guiding trail rides
• Must be at least 18

Responsibilities include

• Daily barn chores
• Tacking/untacking horses
• Grooming
• Helping care for small sheep flock
• Teaching beginner lessons on occasion
• Exercising horses
• Feeding
• Turn in/Out

Horse experience is a must. Must be in good physical condition to be able to do all the barn chores and some riding. Must send riding video.

Private bedroom in the farmhouse. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room.

5 Day work week. 40 hours week. hourly pay.
