Seeking a highly capable and self-motivated Property Manager to oversee daily operations and long-term upkeep of an 80-acre private farm in Minnesota. Hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in land stewardship, building care, and operational reliability. While equine experience is a plus, the focus is on property infrastructure, machinery, and grounds management.
• 3–10 years experience in property, estate, or ranch management • Familiarity with equipment operation and maintenance (tractor, skid steer, UTVs, chainsaws, etc.) • Strong mechanical skills and general fix-it ability • Ability to work independently and proactively manage tasks without micromanagement • Comfortable in all seasons; physically fit and able to lift/move heavy objects • (Preferred) Exposure to equine operations or previous experience working near horses • (Preferred) Basic recordkeeping or tech use (Google Sheets, messaging apps, etc.)
Accommodation
We have a couple different varieties of on-site housing available. We'd also be open to someone living in the neighborhood nearby, or within 10 miles of the property.
