Fast paced and friendly Stables located in Morristown, NJ is looking for a horse-savvy experienced Co-Barn Manager to perform general duties, help organize busy lesson schedule, coordinate and riding activities, oversee the welfare of the horses and the overall tidiness of the place as well as supervise a team of dedicated yard workers and staff. Salaried + Commissions position with quarterly bonusses, paid vacations and additional perks and benefits after an initial trial period.

Candidates will excel in the following::

Strong work ethic. Experience in managing staff, horse and barn management. Great communication skills, particularly with clients, staff and business owner. Able to generate and reward good interaction and camaraderie within the staff. Able to prioritize and remain level-headed in busy and situations.
Exceptional knowledge of horse care and horse welfare. Able to keep the place tidy and running in a timely manner. Able to teach and coach beginner and intermediate riders when needed.

Competitive salary, with option for additional earnings.

Requirements

Be able to start ASAP for a trial period.
