Small boutique facility seeking part time or full time person. Quiet barn, with a couple of easy clients, and really nice horses. No point chasing or chasing dreams. This barn is the dream. Full Time: Ideally could start in March/April 2027. Yes, we are starting now, its not easy to find a unicorn. Ideal person should understand that a horse's needs come first, a job with horses is a lifestyle, not a 9-5.

No matter how hard we try or how well we plan, a horse will get sick on their schedule, not ours. So your horrible tinder date isn't more important than a horse needing urgent care.

Newly remodeled facility, 14 stall barn, on a tranquil and beautifully landscaped farm in Bergen county, NJ.

Daily horse care including, but not limited to; feeding, turnout, grooming, tacking, bathing, blanketing, clipping, and teaching beginners.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, independently self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with good communication skills looking to further their knowledge of horse management and client care or someone who has been on the circuit that would like to have shorter days, no stress, and a life!! Help to train and maintain a couple of lesson and sale horses (not mandatory) while helping to run our small lesson program.

FT job is 6 days/week. Typical hours 8-4, additional days off for bad weather & holidays are $100 cash rotated between the team. Shared night checks. Salary based on experience.

PT is day pay and TBD based on experience.

All utilities included (except for cable/internet). Some furnishings available. Parking for 1 car. Approved spouses/children/pets negotiable. Own horse negotiable. Beautiful property with proximity to restaurants, shopping, hiking/camping, and only a 30 minute drive from Manhattan.

On-site housing. Paid 1 week vacation for first year, subject to increase upon performance. Regular riding for right candidate.
