Fox Hill is a premier equestrian facility in Westchester county with 2 indoor rings, 3 outdoor rings and access to the Rockefeller Preserve trails.

Applicants must have strong equine management experience, knowledge of equine first aid, and good communication skills. The Barn Manager will oversee all daily operations, including feeding, turnout, mucking, stall management, and exercising horses. They will also be responsible for coordinating vet and farrier visits, managing inventory, and maintaining detailed health records. This role includes supervising barn staff and property maintenance workers, and ensuring that all aspects of the facility run smoothly and professionally.

In addition, the applicant must have the ability to give riding instruction, first aid knowledge, front line lameness diagnosis and good communication skills (spanish is a plus).

This can be a great opportunity to train with a top trainer/coach on excellent horses for a person who is interested in riding. Pay is $25/hour for barn manager work and commissions for training rides and instruction 5 days per week with Monday being one of the days off.
