Great opportunity for a young professional getting started - riding and grooming - no stalls. Lots of lessons, great job to get scores for your Bronze, Silver and Gold medals. Must have passion for classical dressage, correct back to front biomechanics and compassionate riding. Possibility to bring own horse as part of compensation. Minimum 3 months commitment, ideally long term. 2 days off or 1 full day off and 2 hald days off (more flexibility for the right match).

Duties Riding 1-3 horses a day, sometimes more if head trainer is away. Must be also comfortable hacking horses on the trail and doing some light jumping. Grooming, lunging, tack cleaning, organizing the barn and keeping it tidy (sweeping, cobwebs...). Must be open to do stalls if someone is away - but we have a solid crew for stalls so that would be rare. Bringing horses in in the evening. 3 or 4 night checks a week.

Qualifications Candidate needs to be self motivated, hard worker and have impeccable work ethic and great attention to details, 200% reliable. Positive, drama-free attitude, and willing to work. Need experience and confidence with handling all kind of horses, including stallions and young horses. To be considered, candidate has to have solid experience riding at First Level. Must be interested to receive training in classical dressage and performance horse holistic care. Interested in showing or art performance would be a plus. You also need to write a letter to describe your motivations and goals in the horse industry.

The Farm Quiet and beautiful farm, 10-12 horses, top notch care and facility + friendly coworkers and clients. Owner has been classically trained in France and is a USDF L Graduate with distinction (Judge training program) and is Bronze and Silver medalist, halfway through her Gold medal. We host frequent clinics with international riders and judges.
