Licking Creek Farm in Quakertown, PA is seeking a reliable, hard-working full or part-time barn hand to join our dedicated team. We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for horses and barn care.

Job Responsibilities: Daily stall cleaning Feeding (grain and hay), and watering (AM/PM) Turning horses in and out of fields/paddocks Cleaning and refilling water buckets and troughs Sweeping and maintaining tidy aisles, tack areas. Assisting with blanketing, fly gear, and turnout changes Monitoring horse health and reporting concerns to management (depending on experience) General barn and facility upkeep and assisting with light maintenance as needed.

Team & Training Environment: You’ll be joining a supportive, organized team environment with barn staff members who work together daily. Under the guidance of the Barn Manager, you’ll receive effective training, clear communication, and ongoing support to ensure confidence in your daily tasks and overall workflow.

Ideal Candidate: Prior horse handling experience preferred Dependable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in all weather conditions Comfortable handling a variety of horses Works well in a team environment and takes pride in quality care 18+ years old Compensation: Based on experience Schedule: 5.5 days per week, including weekends Housing: possible
