Deep Purple Eventing is offering a unique Live-in part-time position helping a 5* Level Eventer in Somerset, VA on a beautiful 40+acre farm.

• Training facility includes an indoor and an outdoor arena, a cross country course and a large conservation easement next door for trail riding and hill work. -Compensation package includes a large room in a shared apartment, and dry board for one horse. Shavings, hay and grain are included. (Lessons and training at an additional cost if applicant is interested)

What will be asked in return?

• Dedication, Integrity, Honesty, Accountability, and the ability to perform tasks to a high standard unsupervised. -Will work a half day, 6 days a week. -Will be assisting with daily feeding, turning in and out, grooming, light stall cleaning, as well as potential riding opportunities for a qualified individual.
• Will learn to use a PEMF machine, lasers, and other sports medicine modalities on the horses.
• Assisting with jump setting and videoing, as well as occasional photo shoots for sponsored products/competition horses.
• Packing/unpacking the trailer for competitions. -Will be a part of a positive, friendly atmosphere where you will be very much appreciated. -Will be supported professionally however you desire.
