Position Available: Horse Care & Farm Maintenance Staff

A professional equestrian facility is seeking a dedicated, experienced individual to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and genuine care for horses and farm operations.

Primary Responsibilities: Daily horse care, including feeding, turnout, grooming, and stall maintenance

Monitoring horse health and reporting concerns promptly

Mowing, landscaping, and all-season property upkeep and maintenance

Fence repair and general facility improvements

Assisting with other barn and farm duties as needed

Qualifications: Previous experience working with horses required

Knowledge of safe handling, grooming, and basic equine care

Ability to operate farm equipment (tractor, mower, etc.) a plus

Comfortable with physical, outdoor work in all seasons

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
