A rare opportunity for the right horse professional. We're seeking a dedicated, full time experienced horse groom to join our private 100 hundred acre equestrian facility in Middleburg, Virginia. Our small operation is devoted to exceptional care of three Gypsy Vanners, known for their beauty, temperament, and their presence.

Position Details Schedule - This position is Five Days a week/40 hours. Salary- $40,000 Annually / Housing Allowance Team Environment - Two full time grooms caring for three well mannered horses. Benefits- Two Weeks Vacation Holidays - 6 Holidays Annually Sick Time Work Environment- Lovely, peaceful, well maintained private farm with high standards and attention to detail.

What We Are Looking For 2-5 years experience caring for horses (required) Proven track record in grooming, stable management, and daily equine care. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine love of horses. Ability to maintain a tidy, clean, well run barn, and communicate clearly with team members.
