Red Pine Camp for Girls (summer residency girls' camp ages 7-15) is looking for an Assistant Director of our Horseback Riding Program, who would be willing to take over the director position in the following years. It is a 2.5 month residence position from mid-May through early-August. The assitant director will help manage a curriculum consisting of English style riding for a variety of skill levels ranging from beginner to advanced, as well as assist the director woth stable management and train for the director role. Accommodations and all meals provided. You will have 3 evenings and Sunday off to enjoy the beautiful Northwoods....or stay and relax in-camp.

Requirements

The applicants must be over 21 and have previous experience working with children and teaching in a riding school environment. Some previous stable management and horse care experience is a plus.
