Our state-of-the-art facilities include modern indoor and outdoor training areas, newly built stabling, advanced training simulators, and a range of innovative programs, including the UAE Para Dressage. We are looking for a dedicated professional with proven experience and references in: • Teaching children and adults from beginner to advanced levels in dressage and jumping (group and private settings) • Managing lesson schedules, horse allocations, training routines, and turnout organization in collaboration with instructors & stables team. • Schooling and exercising horses for riding school and livery clients with a focus on correct training & equine welfare. • Assisting with holiday camps, equestrian events, and competitions • Experience with Race wood Riding Simulators and Para Dressage an advantage. Candidate Profile: • Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages a plus) • Confident working with multi-national teams and high-net-worth clients, previous experience of working internationally is a bonus. • Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and professional presentation • Proficient in basic Microsoft Office and operational mobile apps Required Skills & Expertise: Riding | Teaching | Schooling | Lunging | Flatwork | Show Jumping | Dressage | Cross-country | Horse Simulators | Hacking | Working with Children & Individuals with Disabilities

Equestrian Employer Details
The Royal Stables (TRS) is an historic and unique 32-hectare equestrian oasis situated in the AlMushrif area of Abu Dhabi first established by HH Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan in 1969.
Housing 50 riding school horses, 50 ponies and up to 50 liveries, TRS prides itself on delivering exemplary standards of customer care and horse welfare to all our clients from ages 2 - 12 for Pony Club lessons and activities and for Ladies only (from ages 12 upwards) for Riding School lessons, leases and livery services. TRS regularly welcomes school and group visits, as well as hosting birthday parties with its signature Forest Trail pony rides for kids of all ages.
Facilities include air-conditioned stables, brand new ProWax floodlit dressage & competition arenas, Yoga Studio, Riders Cafe & Tack Shop. Our brand new clubhouse and air-conditioned Indoor Arena are currently under construction.
