The Royal Stables is offering a unique opportunity for a BHS qualified female riding instructor (minimum Stage 3 Complete) to join our team of dedicated professionals in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will have proven experience, and be able to provide references for; • teaching children and adults from beginner level through to advanced in group/private lessons in both jumping and dressage. • to oversee the day to day organisation of lesson schedules, horse allocations, training & turnout routines • to work collaboratively with large team of grooms & instructors, including facilitating training and development of trainee & junior staff for BHS qualifications • sympathetic & experienced rider; able to maintain & develop the fitness & training of riding school & livery horses with a focus on horse welfare. • to support the organisation of equestrian events, holidays camps & competitions • Fluent in English • Additional languages, particularly Arabic speaking is advantageous • Previous experience working internationally, as part of culturally diverse teams and with high net worth clients is beneficial.

Able to work as part of a team with respect and collaboration with diverse demographic of stakeholders Consistently presentable, high quality service mentality with diplomacy and discretion towards clients Competent using basic Microsoft software (outlook, word, excel, PPT) as well as mobile apps utilised for daily operations.
