Role Overview

We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic, and safety-driven Riding School Instructors (both male and female) to join our expanding team. The ideal candidates will be confident teaching riders of all ages and levels—from beginners to advanced—and committed to maintaining the highest standards of horse welfare and riding instruction.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct riding lessons (private & group) for children and adults

Create lesson plans based on rider ability and progression

Train and school horses when required

Ensure safety protocols are always followed

Assist in organizing riding programs, pony camps, and club events

Communicate effectively with clients, parents, and team members

Support daily yard duties when necessary to maintain horse welfare

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a riding instructor

Strong riding ability with solid horsemanship skills

Experience teaching beginners, children, and nervous riders

Good command of English (additional languages a plus)

Professional, patient, and friendly attitude

Ability to work in a multicultural environment

Relevant instructor certifications (BHS, FEI, or equivalent) preferred

Preferred Qualifications

First Aid certification

Experience preparing riders for competitions

Knowledge of stable management and horse behavior

Comfortable riding different types of horses
