Are you a passionate and highly experienced equestrian professional looking to lead a world-class polo stable operation? We are seeking a dedicated, hands-on Polo Stable Manager to oversee the full spectrum of our stables, equine welfare, and team management with excellence and professionalism.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily operations of the stables, including horse care, grooming, nutrition, exercise, and general welfare.

Manage a team of grooms, stable workers, and liaise with various departments including veterinary, farrier, riding school, and polo academy.

Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the stables, paddocks, walkers, and tracks.

Maintain polo fields and coordinate with maintenance and landscape departments.

Handle all aspects of equine health, behavior observation, and emergency procedures.

Schedule veterinary/farrier appointments, manage supplies, and keep detailed records.

Train and supervise staff, enforce club policies, and coordinate with livery clients.

Ensure guest, staff, and animal safety at all times.

Attend and lead regular meetings and respond promptly to team and client inquiries.

Support planning for tournaments, horse auctions, shows, and other club events.
