Equine Work Experience
I am currently working on a horse holiday farm in Spain, where guests come to stay and ride. I lead hacks in the morning, and teach lessons from beginner to advanced in the afternoons, along with all other yard duties. The season soon comes to an end, so I am on the hunt for something similar, ideally somewhere I could also work towards coaching/instructor qualifications. I had been working with horses my entire life until University, teaching people to ride, and taking people out on beach, island and mountain rides. Additionally used to retrain OTTs. During university I did freelance training, after moved to Australia, working on a racing yard before moving to stud farm work which I continued around the world until Covid hit! When I retrained as a teacher, I used to ride for a lady who had too many horses! After a few years in London, I started riding again in January 2025, on young stock, eventers, show jumpers and dressage horses between Ireland and Switzerland before Spain!
