I am a keen aspiring groom who has been working with horses on a voluntary basis, and am now looking for a full or part-time opportunity to progress my career and gain more experience. I am confident around horses and have been developing essential skills through volunteering at a livery yard and with a rescue. Ideally, I would be looking for a role in the Basingstoke area while I'm learning to drive, but happy to consider a live-in position in the wider Hampshire region or further afield.
My name is Daisie, I am 18 years old and have owned horses for the past 5 years. I have previously worked on an international showjumping yard and am keen to pursue my next job. I am open to any discipline and able to adapt to every yards standards and needs.

I have had horses for six years. I first got into horses when I moved to Montana and started doing 4H. I participated in smaller shows and AQHA shows doing showmanship, western pleasure and equitation, trail, and more recently english pleasure, equitation, and hunter under saddle. This past year, I have been living in New Zealand and have been volunteering for Riding for the Disabled also.
I have most experience with broken in horses.
I have competed in all breed shows and Montana Quarter Horse Association shows. I have not been hired as a competition groom, but have the experience from being my own groom. I was not born into a horsey family, so I have learnt everything about horses myself and from 4H.
