Whilst attending Plumpton College I worked a first aid course, certificated until 2017. Leaving with a Merit for my Course.
With my current job I am required to give customers the best customer service, handle money and give them a quick and easy visit.
I attended Plumpton College which an agriculture college where I studied Horse Care Level 2 Diploma. Whilst studying this I covered subjects such as; nutrition, feeding, stable management, riding and biology. During this year at college I was living in 1 week out of 3 to do routines. Morning routines at 6:30am was mucking out, giving breakfast, changing water and grooming. Our next routines would be at 9:15am, this was just a quick half hour, topping up water, preparing evening feeds, making sure the horses were ok. 11am were the next, giving them their 11 oclock hay, grooming, riding and topping up with waters. 3:30 was again, giving them their hay, skipping out, adding extra bedding (if needed), changing waters and grooming. Evening routines would be at 8pm, this was the last routine of the day. Giving them their dinner, topping up waters, putting their rugs on if needed, sorting their beds out and cleaning their tack. During the day would be lessons inbetween each routine.
With my riding I can more than capable doing the usual, trotting, cantering and jumping. I've show jumped a handful of times, never have I tried dressage.
