Since a very young age i have had a passion for animals, especially horses. I started to ride at a young age and fell in love with it, attending Pony Club and Pony saturdays. As i got older I helped out with the Saturday clubs, running around after small children and their ponies. Riding on and off through my life and spending a lot of time around horses has finally paid off as now i have my own horse - Munchkin who is a gorgeous old boy who is building up my riding skills once more.
At my previous livery yard I was mainly in charge of a herd of 7 horses, turnout, turning in, grooming, feeding, riding, lunging, caring for etc, which was a large task but a very rewarding one, which built up my confidence a huge amount, especially when dealing with young bolshy horses.
Horses are a huge part of my life, I love to be around them, helping out with other peoples horses, riding, caring, watching competitions and hopefully entering some with my own horse.
I am an incredibly hardworking young woman with an extremely active mind and unique style. Ambitious, hard-working, self motivated and trustworthy. I am determined, focused and with both the ability to lead and assist on complex tasks; I have developed a variety of skills in life and will turn my hand towards any task, doing the best job I can do.
I have tried a few horse disciplines at small levels, such as Cross Country, Jumping and now learning Dressage. I love hacking around the Somerset countryside, but most of all I love a hard working lesson where you have achieved something and both you and your horse are feeing very proud.
