Duties of Current Occupation
phone calls, diary management, billing and financial, audio and copy typing, producing correspondence and documents, Court forms, liaising with clients, general organisation and responsibility for one's own workload and colleague support.
Equine Work Experience
Rode throughout childhood constantly from the age of about nine years, intermittently throughout my teens and twenties. Field kept native pony and cob cross for a couple of years on loan and helped exercise a variety of native ponies and cobs.
During my teens I worked weekends at a small local racing yard, progressing from mucking out to riding out road hacking and general country outdoor riding independently alone. Learnt on the job many aspects of horse care such as bandaging; rugging and tacking up; yard housekeeping to include mucking out on straw and paper; cleaning tack; pulling manes; basic plaiting.
Worked at a show pony yard throughout the winter months; duties included some riding; mucking out and general yard housekeeping; grooming and bandaging; handling youngstock and entire males.
Confident riding and interacting with all types and sizes of horse and pony, very adaptable. Full UK driving licence since 1993, old style entitlements up to 7.5 tonnes plus trailer.
Type of Ride Work
Racehorses hacking out, basic schooling with the showponies, confident with a variety of types and breeds.
