Retirement livery yard in Cornwall, near Plymouth. Very quiet family farm business. Groom's accomodation can be chosen to be either farmhouse or a private, self-contained studio flat (plentiful limitless heating, no bills). The horses are very safe to handle. Approx 15 horses on home farm & 2 at other farm. Most live out during the summer 6 months, a few come in to stables in the winter. Owners live on site and always on hand to help. Farm is approx 5 miles from each of 3 surrounding towns, pubs and supermarkets. Owners drive to one of these towns once a day, almost every day. A car is handy but not essential. A car can be borrowed from owners for local trips. Driving experience, but not a full licence, is essential as the groom's job requires the use of a small truck for visiting horse fields around the farm. Approx 5 hours work per day and so an outside job can be taken also.
