We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Home & Show Barn Manager to join our professional, fast-paced program. You will oversee the daily management of the barn—both at home and at shows—ensuring a clean, safe, well-run environment that supports the health and wellbeing of every horse. Riding is optional; the primary focus is leadership, organisation, and management.

Key Responsibilities Include: • Overseeing all barn operations, schedules, and workflows • Managing and supporting a team of grooms and staff • Creating and maintaining daily plans, lists, care schedules, and show organisation • Coordinating vet, farrier, chiropractic, and rehabilitation appointments • Managing horse intake, health documentation, treatment charts, and vaccine records • Overseeing feed programs, nutrition plans, and supply inventory • Preparing for shows, including packing, logistics, and stable set-up • Ensuring the highest level of turnout, barn presentation, and professional standards • Acting as a key communication point between trainers, clients, and staff • Maintaining a calm, structured, and positive atmosphere in a busy environment
