I am happy with any yard work or exercising if required. I have brought on young horses and competed in county-level showing and up to novice level dressage with animals I have started from scratch. I am currently working towards a Masters in Law but am doing this part time so am able to work full time, alongside working my own horse.
currently working in RDA but wanting to break into the eventing industry. hard working, empathetic and handy with a tool.pretty brave rider always wanting to progress as far as possible, can be flexible with hours/days working.
Due to a change in circumstances I'm currently looking for a part time riding role, 4 mornings a week, but can be flexible. I have over 16 years experience within the industry and have produced horses from youngstock up to intermediate. I'm happy to work with all sorts, from happy hackers to fit competition horses. Quiet but firm rider, who can deal with quirks if necessary. Ideally within 30 mins of Newark but happy to travel up to an hour for the right place.
From Showjumping, to showing/eventing and foals through to stallions I have experience in all aspects of the equestrian world. I am looking for my next long term journey where I can spend my days working with the animals I love, and carry out my exceptionally high standards for the right person.
I have been riding since 2009, and competing since 2011, mostly through interschool events in dressage, hacking, showjumping, and eventing, as well as occasionally sporting through Pony Club. From 2011 to 2014 I was coached under Richard King at the Scots PGC College and have had lessons with David Finch, Sam Lyle, Heath Ryan. I have competed up to elementary dressage, 1 metre in showjumping, and EVA95 in eventing. I have always taken care of and prepared my own horse for all events. I am well-practised in plaiting up with needle and thread. End of 2018 I occasionally helped (unpaid) at The Lodge stables in Pullenvale, QLD with bringing in horses, feeding, mucking out stables, rugging. I desire a job where I can be around horses and learn new skills whilst improving upon what I already know. Being able to ride would be a wonderful bonus but not necessary.
