I am a 20 year USEF/USHJA professional with a long resume of training riders and horses from the most beginner local level to showing at the biggest A shows and taking clients to Florida and qualifying for indoors. I’ve done everything from breaking untouched 10 year old horses for pleasure to training winners of state medal finals and ribbon winners at USEF pony finals and Indoors. Currently located in the research triangle (Raleigh) of North Carolina but willing to relocate for the right fit.
I am looking for home groom position. Closer to Hamburg area, the better. I can clip, plait, bandage, treat wounds etc. Willing to go shows too. I am a teamplayer, but can work solo too. Horses health is my main priority. I am looking for long time solution. Can lounge and i would be interested to get to ride some flatwork/hacking (not necessary, just wanting i could further my skills) I would need a live in-position and would be greatful if i can take my two wellbaved cats with me :)

I am confident around horses and have been developing essential skills through volunteering at a livery yard and with a rescue. worked on a showing yard where I was in sole charge, carried out every day care of all horses on the yard making sure each horse was exercised each day, I took care of any sale interests and dealt with buyers coming to view horses and any vetting's arranged . I also created adverts for any horses we had for sale. I carried out preparations for upcoming shows and also groom and worked the horses in at the shows. Experience on a show jumping and eventing yard where I exercised the horses for the employer I also competed for them when needed and groomed for them at competitions, helped with preparation for shows, carried out general yard duties including mucking out feeding, turning in and out, dealing with competition horses and youngsters, hacking and schooling of horses. Worked at a local equestrian yard where I helped out with general yard duties, also competition days would help set up arenas and pole picking, scoring at shows and dressage paper writing.
