currently working in RDA but wanting to break into the eventing industry. hard working, empathetic and handy with a tool.pretty brave rider always wanting to progress as far as possible, can be flexible with hours/days working.
Due to a change in circumstances I'm currently looking for a part time riding role, 4 mornings a week, but can be flexible. I have over 16 years experience within the industry and have produced horses from youngstock up to intermediate. I'm happy to work with all sorts, from happy hackers to fit competition horses. Quiet but firm rider, who can deal with quirks if necessary. Ideally within 30 mins of Newark but happy to travel up to an hour for the right place.
I have recently gained an interest in Equine massage therapy
I have been riding for about 12 years now. I have been caring for my horses that have lived on my property for about 4 years now. After learning about eventing, I started grooming for an FEI 3* rider and became head groom at her facility. I have shown up to Training Novice and consistently school up to Prelim.
I have lots of experience with young, green, and temperamental horses. Patience has always been one of my biggest strengths with horses. I can easily recognize a sick or lame horse. I love to learn and ask lots of questions as I like having a deeper understanding
I did a very small amount of Hunters but realized my heart belonged to eventing. I am however more than willing to learn about other disciplines. I have lots of experience with "problem" horses. I have yet to truly restart a horse, but it has always been one of my dreams. I do have experience with restarting "problem" horses.
I have confidently competed up to Training Novice and have groomed for many FEI 3* competitions
