I am a 20 year USEF/USHJA professional with a long resume of training riders and horses from the most beginner local level to showing at the biggest A shows and taking clients to Florida and qualifying for indoors. I’ve done everything from breaking untouched 10 year old horses for pleasure to training winners of state medal finals and ribbon winners at USEF pony finals and Indoors. Currently located in the research triangle (Raleigh) of North Carolina but willing to relocate for the right fit.
I am looking for home groom position. Closer to Hamburg area, the better. I can clip, plait, bandage, treat wounds etc. Willing to go shows too. I am a teamplayer, but can work solo too. Horses health is my main priority. I am looking for long time solution. Can lounge and i would be interested to get to ride some flatwork/hacking (not necessary, just wanting i could further my skills) I would need a live in-position and would be greatful if i can take my two wellbaved cats with me :)
I am a keen aspiring groom who has been working with horses on a voluntary basis, and am now looking for a full or part-time opportunity to progress my career and gain more experience. I am confident around horses and have been developing essential skills through volunteering at a livery yard and with a rescue. Ideally, I would be looking for a role in the Basingstoke area while I'm learning to drive, but happy to consider a live-in position in the wider Hampshire region or further afield.

Recently completed my second year of studying Level 3 Extended Diploma in Horse Management at Duchy College in Cornwall, which I completed to a distinction grade. I would ride usually 4 times a week in lessons, participate in yard duties and have general equine based lectures.
I have been riding for 12 years and ridden a variety of different horses and ponies.
Previously, I have voluntarily worked at a local riding stables for 5 years where I competed in unaffiliated show jumping, dressage and showing classes regularly.
I have worked at a trekking yard/riding school for over 1 year, which I thoroughly enjoyed.
Recently, I worked as a temporary groom for showjumper Adam Ellery (Westcountry Sports Horses) at an event for a weekend.
I have done work experience at many racing yards including: top N/H trainer Phillip Hobbs, Stuart Kittows and Janet and Keith Cumings.
I am currently employed as a Stable lass at Janet and Keith Cumings point to point yard, based in Devon.

I am fully capable to hack out horses, I have previously done some showjumping -roughly about 2"6/2"9, ridden showing, in-hand showing and dressage but never had the opportunity to do any affiliated. I have ridden race horses on the flat on multiple work experience placements, which I didn't find any problems with and had some good feedback. I am capable to school horses on the flat. I haven't jumped in a little while so have lost some confidence with that.
