I am a keen aspiring groom who has been working with horses on a voluntary basis, and am now looking for a full or part-time opportunity to progress my career and gain more experience. I am confident around horses and have been developing essential skills through volunteering at a livery yard and with a rescue. Ideally, I would be looking for a role in the Basingstoke area while I'm learning to drive, but happy to consider a live-in position in the wider Hampshire region or further afield.
My name is Daisie, I am 18 years old and have owned horses for the past 5 years. I have previously worked on an international showjumping yard and am keen to pursue my next job. I am open to any discipline and able to adapt to every yards standards and needs.

I have been at my training placement for nearly two years. I started off at level one and have gradually worked my way up and gained lots of experience. Before this I was doing volunteer work in a riding school which I loved. I tried doing an equine based degree but discovered that I needed more practical experience.
I am a keen learner and I love working with horses. I have been told I am very good with young children and would suit a riding school or RDA position. I eventually want to become an instructor and gain bhs qualifications.
i rode at a riding school as a child and have been having lessons over the past few years although not consistently up until about two years ago. I have improved lots since I started my course, I have two lessons a week and hack out sometimes too.
