I am a keen aspiring groom who has been working with horses on a voluntary basis, and am now looking for a full or part-time opportunity to progress my career and gain more experience. I am confident around horses and have been developing essential skills through volunteering at a livery yard and with a rescue. Ideally, I would be looking for a role in the Basingstoke area while I'm learning to drive, but happy to consider a live-in position in the wider Hampshire region or further afield.

Setting up events using Audience View and selling tickets. Sole responsibility of running the box office during opening hours and when events are on. All administration involved, cashing up, creating reports and corresponding with promoters.
I have rode on and off since a young age. I have always had a place in my heart for horses and animals of all kinds. I can muck out, keep a yard tidy, tack up, take horses out and bring them in and also groom. No area of expertise as such but eager to learn and a hard worker. I used to work in a riding stables many years ago so I know what is expected.
I am good with children, people and animals alike. I enjoy being outdoors no matter what the weather and working to the best of my ability. I have mostly worked in customer service and need to get away from this now. I am a mum (you would be taking on myself with a 7 year old, she is lovely I promise and a cat) that works between 18 to 30 hours a week and juggling the home, school, cooking, work and anything else that needs fitting in is what I am good at. Variety and keeping busy I'd say
Walk, trot, canter and gallop. Abit of jumping. I'd say intermediate level as I am very confident on a horse.
