Ideally, I would be looking for a role in the Basingstoke area while I'm learning to drive, but happy to consider a live-in position in the wider Hampshire region or further afield.

Mucking out, feeding, watering the horses. Lungeing schooling, hacking out. Competing the horses and taking them hunting. Breaking in the youngsters. Foal watch, staying up all night watching the camera's and helping the mares to give birth.
Six years part time in an eventing yard attending shows with Katie Burton and Bridget Parker as well as performing all yard duties and riding the horses. I worked at Picanni Stud and event yard for a year. I have done two seasons of foal watch for West Kington Stud, the first year under the guidance of Tessa Clarke and the second year on my own. I also competed and broke in horses for Jane Holderness-Roddam on her event yard and performed day to day yard duties. I have also taught children to ride and taken them on hacks when I was working for my local riding school, and I also have experience teaching disabled children and adults to ride.
I am a friendly, chatty young girl, eager to please. I have worked with my mother in several yards since childhood and have groomed for Bridget Parker and her daughter for many years and loved it. I have also worked for Jane Holderness-Roddam at her event yard and stud. I competed her horses and was on foal watch for the past two seasons. To me, no matter what, the horses always come first. Every yard uses different methods, so I am keen to learn as many as possible.
